to support a research team within DOD
in Arlington, VA.
The team is seeking a dynamic skill set in contract negotiation, modifications, and grants that adhere to FAR/DFAR policies. This is a
HYBRID
role requiring an active
SECRET clearance .
Responsibilities of the Contracts Administrator:
Preparing and administering terms and conditions for contracts that contribute to national security objectives.Collaborating in contract negotiation efforts, analyzing proposed costs, and evaluating pricing strategies.Modifying with precision and proficiency.Conducting in-depth analysis of procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance.Preparing and maintaining essential contract file documentation according to FAR, DFARS, and related regulations.Qualifications of the Contracts Administrator:
8+ years of experience with government contractsExperience with government procurement and cost analysis experienceStrong experience within DFAR & FAR regulationsBachelor's degree in a related fieldActive DoD Secret clearanceCompensation for the Contracts Administrator:
Salary Range: $100,000 - $160,000 per year flexible based on experience levelFull Benefits: PTO, Paid Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, etc.
