We are hiring a driven and enthusiastic

2025

Supply Management Analyst

with a focus on Data & Analytics. You will fully immerse yourself in the inclusive culture of Steelcase, contributing to our operations while applying your academic learnings and enhancing your resume.

As a Supply Chain Analyst Intern, you will take ownership of assigned projects related to the supply chain, monitor inventory levels, ensure on-time delivery of goods and services, conduct cost/margin evaluations, and analyze supplier risk, reliability, and trust. You'll work on improving the Supply Management organization's digital transformation by leveraging analytics in partnership with our team, and applying predictive modeling, data mining, optimization, machine learning, and forecasting.Responsibilities:Project-based work for the assigned role, with coaching and supervision from the Supply Management teammatesCollaborate with Supply Management team members to present project outcomes to the broader teamRequired Skills and Competencies:Attending a full-time matriculated and nationally accredited baccalaureate programPursuing an undergraduate degree focused on supply chain, logistics, applied engineering, business, business analytics, or other related majors for the Supply Chain Analyst role, or pursuing a major in statistics, mathematics, computer science, actuarial science, data analytics, operations research, industrial engineering, and/or economics towards anassociate or bachelor's degreeStrong analytical and problem-solving skills while working with ambiguityEagerness to learn and ability to use software and tools used daily in the Supply Management team such as SAP, Coupa, Analyzer, Tableau, Smart Sheets, and moreAdvanced proficiency with computers, including Microsoft OfficeExperience using statistical tools and conceptsStrong technical documentation and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsLeadership experience inside and/or outside the classroomStrong commitment to a career in technology and passion/aptitude for both software and information technologyExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearlyDemonstrated creative problem-solving and proactive learningYour Future Team:The Supply Management team is dedicated to the intern program and invites individuals to join our welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
