repare Detailed Estimates : Develop accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for commercial construction projects based on blueprints, specifications, and site evaluations.Analyze Project Documents : Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, project scopes, and other relevant documentation to ensure accurate pricing.Obtain and Evaluate Quotes : Solicit and assess bids from subcontractors and suppliers to determine the most cost-effective options.Develop Budgets : Create and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations and financial constraints.Collaborate with Teams : Work closely with project managers, architects, and clients to clarify project requirements and address any discrepancies or changes.Monitor Market Trends : Stay informed about industry trends, material costs, and labor rates to provide accurate and up-to-date estimates.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
