What you'll gain:
As a HumanResources Intern, you will gain valuable knowledge and experience in the fieldthrough hands-on activities, coaching, and projects. A few learningopportunities include:
Recruitment Support:
Assisting with the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Onboarding:
Supporting the onboarding process for new hires by preparing orientation materials and assisting with training logistics.
Employee Relations:
Helping with employee relations activities, including addressing employee inquiries and supporting conflict resolution.
HR Administration:
Assisting with HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and preparing reports.
Compliance:
Assisting in ensuring compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations.
Training and Development:
Supporting the development and delivery of training programs and employee development initiatives.
Performance Management:
Helping with performance management processes, including tracking performance evaluations and assisting with feedback collection.
Employee Engagement:
Contributing to employee engagement activities and initiatives, such as organizing events and surveys to gauge employee satisfaction.
What you need to be successful:
Education:Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, in a field related to the internshipMinimum GPA requirement of a 3.0
Skills:Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Analytical and problem-solving abilities.Basic project management or organizational skills.
Personal Attributes:Strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and as partof a team.Willingness to learn and take initiative.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.Positive attitude and adaptability to new challenges.
