Production Coordinator | DuraMag | Waterville, ME

What youll do:
As the Production Coordinator for Magnum and DuraMag (Shyft Group Brands) based in Waterville, ME, you support the production scheduling process by ensuring efficient material flow, on-time order completion, and alignment with production goals and customer deadlines. In addition, you will be pivotal in fostering cross-functional coordination, monitoring progress, maintaining documentation and reporting, and overseeing inventory management. Core Responsibilities Production Scheduling Support : Assist in developing and maintaining production schedules across all manufacturing lines. Cross-Functional Coordination : Collaborate with operations, engineering, and materials teams to manage demand forecasts and production plans. Progress Monitoring : Track production progress and communicate updates to relevant departments. Documentation & Reporting : Prepare and distribute reports, schedules, and correspondence to keep production on track. Qualifications:
