Bilingual IAM Manager - Latam

A client based in Panama, Panama is looking for an IAM Manager to join their team! The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Leader plays a crucial role in enabling effective digital transformation programs and cloud-centric applications while reducing the company's security risk profile. This position is responsible for strategizing, designing, and implementing IAM services across the organization, ensuring the right individuals have access to the appropriate resources. IAM Leader will spearhead a global security team across multiple geographies, reporting to the Security Engineering organization.

- Bilingual in English and Spanish

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field

- 10+ years of experience in Identity and Access

- 5+ years experience in a lead or supervisory role

- 5+ years of experience in consulting related to Cyber Security, ideally with IAM

- Experience in Intra-ID (Azure)

- Experience implementing security capabilities in hybrid environments, including on-prem, AWS and SaaS (O365, Box, Workday, etc.)

- Strong understanding of Microsoft Active Directory (AD) environments.

- Expertise in the following technologies or similar: PingIdentity Platform, Sailpoint, BeyondTrust, Crowdstrike Identity Protection
