Job Description (Posting).

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets established by the Head of Global Business Development.Execute business development, offering positioning and sales strategies as a member of the sales team.Achieve lead generation, prospecting, and other sales management goals designed to build an optimal sales pipeline.Develop strong, long-term relationships and referrals with senior management at targeted firms.Manage the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, on-site presentations, RFI response, multi-day client workshops, RFP submission, negotiation, and deal signing.The candidate is the focal point for all communication and sales activities with prospects and customers.Demonstrated experience effectively positioning and closing deals.Strong experience in conducting client workshops and facilitating partner meetings .Experience in reporting, documentation, presentation, and P&L data management . Excellent communication & presentation skills (verbal and written)Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business field with MBA or Master's in the technical area being highly desirable or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. (1.) To engage in prospect development activities such as campaign execution (2.) To ensure collaboration of account managers for RFP, etc. with Business Solutions Group , etc. (3.) To lead prospective client CXO connections and communications and escalations (4.) To manage the quality and quantity of account activity of the account managers using tools such as SFA (5.) To plan for the pipeline of business opportunities (6.) To recruit and develop the account managers (reports) (7.) To analyze the competitive landscape and current market trends on an ongoing basis
