Position Summary

This position is for 10 hours of work or 20 hours within the two-week pay period. KUNM has flexibility for your work schedule within the normal business day / week.
Primary duty will be data entry into a relational database with a high degree of accuracy, comprehension and focus.
Also needs to be able to handle sensitive or confidential information. Will complete credit card transactions on an on-site terminal.
Need to be able to follow complex instructions and be detail oriented. Call KUNM Radio contributors (also known as donors and members) to resolve issues like retrieving new credit card numbers or resolving questions about their individual financial support to KUNM - such as gifts, addresses or other missing data in member records.
Complete online research regarding contact information. Some filing.
Occasionally assist with preparation of bulk and other large mailings, as well as other clerical and customer service duties and errands as assigned.
Assist with the KUNM bi-annual fundraisers in September and March by helping with processing off donations during fundraisers. The maximum number of hours will need to be worked during the weeks surrounding the fundraisers.
