As a

Lease-Up

Maintenance Supervisor , you will contribute to increasing retention rates and occupancy percentages by maintaining and improving the physical property.

ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance within the maintenance team.Improve processes and find efficiencies in workflow.Troubleshoot and implement cost-saving techniques and recommend improvements.Lead in the management, training, and retention of quality employees.Consistently review pending work orders and allocate them appropriately.Maintain monthly and yearly budget overages.Facilitate property maintenance issues, including scheduling regular maintenance and repair, negotiating contracts with vendors, and conducting property inspections.Review turn and make-ready schedule and delegate work to proper work groups.Qualifications

Proven experience in Property MaintenanceExperience utilizing Yardi, preferredThree years' experience as a Manager/SupervisorHVAC certifiedPool certificationHigh school diploma or equivalent, preferredValid Driver's LicenseRequired Testing

Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVRPosition Type
