Overview:
Lookin for Pharmacy Tech for this position or someone already Certified in the Epic Willow Application. The System Analyst Clinical 3 position supports and maintains software applications that impact clinical areas, such as ambulatory clinics, IP hospital departments, pharmacy, and physician documentation. This role is responsible for highly complex applications management, providing consultative advice to departmental and organizational leadership, and guiding lower level employees within the department. Additionally, at level 3, the individual typically coordinates projects and is able to successfully lead multiple projects to completion.Responsibilities:Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesWorks collaboratively with business, clinical and operations leaders to evaluate complex requests, conduct critical thinking; and propose solutions to meet their needs.Requires highly developed communications and negotiation skills to effectively work with all levels of management through Mercyhealth.Demonstrates an ability to coordinate and manage large, complex projects with proven success.Negotiate and build consensus among groups or individuals with diverse interests and function effectively as a team leader in a team environment.Performs advanced and complex application support.Sets and Maintains timelines to meet the goals of MercyhealthProficient in multiple applications and understands the integration and interfaces between the applications.

Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or other related field preferred; an equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered.7 years of direct experience as a system analyst required.
Certification and LicensureMT(ASCP), CT(ASCP), LPN, Pharmacy Tech or required or other similarly recognized certifications.
Skills and AbilitiesExperience with and demonstrates competence in Microsoft Office Applications.Ability to work independently and be result oriented.Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to coordinate and prioritize tasks and project components.Ability to lead.Special Physical DemandsThe Special Physical Demands are considered Essential Job Functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
