Responsibilities: • Identify and recruit talented real estate agents who embody our values of innovation, commitment, learning-based approach, inclusivity, and collaboration. • and implement strategic plans to expand our real estate sales team. • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential recruits and industry professionals. • Conduct interviews, assessments, and onboarding processes for new agents. • Collaborate with the leadership team to create and execute growth strategies. • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. • Provide ongoing support and mentorship to new agents to ensure their success and integration into the team. • Focus Beyond Recruitment: Drive growth across multiple dimensions, including agent count, sublease space, preferred vendor partners, lead generation, and innovative revenue sources. • Comprehensive Growth Strategy:and implement a holistic growth plan, encompassing agent recruitment, vendor partnerships, lead generation, and new revenue streams. • Licensed Salesperson Requirement: Must be a licensed salesperson to ensure industry knowledge. • Revenue Generation: Identify and implement new revenue streams, such as vendor partnerships and collaborations, to enhance office financial health. • Strategic Vision: Contribute to the long-term success and sustainability of our thorough strategic thinking and planning.
