Tesla is looking for a Construction Sprinkler Fitter to work on large scale ground-up Engineering-Procurement-Construction project that requires exceptional talent. Responsibilities Cut, thread, and groove pipe, weld pipe supports to structural steelAbility to determine correct sizes of pipe and other materials for jobConnect pipes using threaded, grooved or cemented joints. Secure pipes to structure with brackets, clamps and hangersWorking knowledge of wet, dry, pre-action, deluge, water mist, and foamWork in compliance with the company's safety manual with safety of self and others in mind at all timesReading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and other materials to determine job requirementsPerforming Test and Inspection and Service requests on Fire Sprinkler systems from wet.
