Threat Tec is seeking a dedicated Joint Operations Campaign Planner to join our First Island Chain Cross Functional Team (CFT) on the Special Operations Force Core Support (SCS) IDIQ program. The First Island Chain CFT is responsible for planning and coordinating Special Operations Command Pacific (SOCPAC) operations, activities, and investments (OAIs) within the First Island Chain in support of the USINDOPACOM campaign plan.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate OAIs:

Manage and synchronize OAIs across multiple agencies including USINDOPACOM, USSOCOM, SOCPAC, MARFORPAC, USARPAC, PACAF, Interagency partners, and allies.Plan and Monitor:

Develop, monitor, and validate tasks and deliverables related to assigned OAIs.Execute Program Details:

Track and execute programmatic details within the assigned portfolio.Management Interface:

Interface with next levels of management within SOJ3.Team Integration:

Ensure smooth integration of new team members into the CFT.Lead Meetings:

Lead or present formal and informal meetings related to portfolio OAIs to various audiences.Communication:

Utilize excellent oral, writing, and coordination skills to communicate information clearly and concisely.Knowledge Required:

Possess comprehensive knowledge of force disposition, maritime, and special operations.Measurable Skills and Qualifications

TS//SCI security clearance required or obtainable.Proven ability to coordinate complex OAIs across multiple agencies.Strong planning, monitoring, and validation skills.Experience tracking and managing programmatic details.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to integrate new team members and lead diverse meetings.In-depth knowledge of force disposition, maritime operations, and special operations.
