Threat Tec is seeking a skilled Joint Operations Campaign Planner to join our Periphery Cross Functional Team (CFT) on the Special Operations Force Core Support (SCS) IDIQ program. The Periphery CFT is responsible for planning and coordinating the full range of Special Operations Command Pacific (SOCPAC) operations, activities, and investments (OAIs) within the Periphery to support the USINDOPACOM campaign plan.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and Coordinate OAIs:
Manage the planning, resourcing, and coordination of OAIs across multiple agencies, including USINDOPACOM, USSOCOM, SOCPAC, MARFORPAC, USARPAC, PACAF, Interagency partners, and allies.Monitor and Validate:
Oversee the planning, monitoring, and validation of tasks and deliverables related to assigned OAIs.Execute Program Details:
Track and execute programmatic details within the assigned portfolio.Management Interface:
Interface with next levels of management within SOJ3.Team Integration:
Facilitate the integration of new team members into the CFT.Knowledge Management:
Contribute to the management and dissemination of knowledge within the CFT.Lead Meetings:
Lead and present at formal and informal meetings related to portfolio OAIs to a range of audiences.Communication:
Utilize excellent oral, writing, and coordination skills to convey information clearly and concisely.Required Knowledge:
Possess a strong understanding of force disposition, maritime operations, and special operations.Measurable Skills and Qualifications
TS//SCI security clearance required or obtainable.Proven experience in planning and coordinating complex OAIs across multiple agencies.Strong skills in monitoring, validating, and executing programmatic details.Effective at integrating new team members and managing knowledge within a team.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Comprehensive knowledge of force disposition, maritime, and special operations.
