Position Purpose:

As a Paid Search Specialist at The Home Depot, you will be responsible for understanding business objectives and overseeing the development and execution of best-in-class Paid Search strategies that surpass expectations. The Paid Search Specialist will work cross-functionally with Category Marketing, Vendor Partner Managers and other internal stakeholders to execute and optimize Paid Search strategies across Google, Bing and other biddable media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:25% Monitors Site Activity and Search Program Performance and measures against historical data and KPI's (Key Performance Indicators).25% Works with Search Account Managers to create reporting, provide analytical insights and produce team deliverables.25% Researches and analyzes trend/performance data to identify opportunities for program improvements and enhancements25% Executes daily operations and optimizations for multiple Search Team initiatives.Direct Manager/Direct Reports:

The position reports to Sr. Mngr, Paid SearchNo Direct ReportsTravel Requirements:

Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.Physical Requirements:

Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.Working Conditions:

Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.Minimum Qualifications:

Must be eighteen years of age or older.Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.Preferred Qualifications:

Hands-on Paid Search experience managing large budgets and multiple stakeholdersDemonstrated proficiency in Google Ads and Bing Ads paid management platformsMastery of 3rd party tracking and serving technology related to SEM (Search Ads 360 DoubleClick preferred)Active Google Ads, Bing/Microsoft Ads, SA360 Certifications preferredPossess a basic understanding of all digital media disciplinesStrong project and time management skills are a mustStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsDetail oriented with strong attention to project management and follow-throughGood presentation and analytical skillsGood written and oral communication skillsExcellent Excel and PowerPoint (PPT) skillsPrevious media agency experience preferredMust be a team player willing to provide support where needed with projects and planningMinimum Education:

The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.Minimum Years of Work Experience:
