Location:Regional Sales Manager in Kinston, NC at FIELD CONTROLS, LLC **Location:****Experience:**Not Specified **Job Description**Responsibilities:* Maximize independent rep coverage in the Territory+ Understand landscape of existing rep organizations operating in the Territory+ Upgrade existing reps as necessary+ Fill empty geography within the Territory with reps that meet our criteria* Prioritize HVAC Distributors that offer the highest opportunity to significantly grow IAQ+ Develop relationships with Senior Sales Management at target Regional Distributors+ Call on Branches to support products, services and sales+ Conduct counter days and product/sales training for Distributors and Contractors+ Develop and implement Action Plans with these targeted distributors+ Identify Target HVAC Contractors in Territory+ Make joint or independent sales calls on target HVAC Contractors- Present Business Proposition and Secure Participation- Support the Contractors Business Development- Build network of Certified Healthy Home System Contractors in the Territory
