LHH has an immediate opening for an Office Assistant in downtown Coraopolis. This contract to hire opportunity is second shift (12:30pm to 9:00pm) and is great for anyone that has done data entry or administrative work and is looking to get experience with a major company.

Applicants can expect to work alongside the rest of the office team and performing various computer related tasks such as data entry, light customer service over the phone, filing records, reviewing records, following up with clients, and more. Responsibilities:Entering data into a database system as well as in Excel spreadsheetsPrinting and scanning documentsReviewing and filing recordsEveryday usage of the Microsoft Office ProductsGeneral assistance of the Administrative department from a clerical standpointQualifications:

A background in either data entry or an administrator role is preferredStrong organizational skillsHigh School Diploma

Skills:

A strong level of proficiency in computers as well as various programsHigh level of accuracy while maintaining qualityProblem solving skills

Experience:

One year of experience is required

Full Time 40 Hours a weekMonday to Friday 12:30pm to 9:00pm
