Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Collaborate with department heads to collect and update job descriptions.Build and format job descriptions according to company standards.Conduct job analysis and ensure accurate documentation of role responsibilities.Database and Spreadsheet Management: Maintain and update databases containing job descriptions.Connect job descriptions to the master spreadsheet, ensuring all information is current and accurate.Keep the master spreadsheet updated with title changes, promotions, terminations, and open roles.Transcribe job analysis surveys into the spreadsheet with precision.Assist in developing calibration tools for job analysis and role comparison.Provide support in various HR projects and initiatives as needed.Ensure confidentiality and integrity of all HR data and documentsQualifications:

Education/Experience:

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

None

Language Ability:

Must have good reading, writing and speaking skills to effectively communicate with studios, managers, and co-workers.

Math Ability:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and to develop and interpret charts.

Reasoning Ability:

Perform under pressure and/or opposition at times relying on your own independent judgment and knowledge to decide the best directions and solutions.

Computer Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
