Ground Missile Defense (GMD) is the heart of the Missile Defense System and a key element of our nation's defense against ballistic missile attacks. The GMD Weapon System (GWS) processes data from multiple sensors to identify and characterize the inbound ballistic missile threat, plans the best defensive solution, and launches the intercepting missiles to negate the threat.

The WorkIn this role, your responsibilities include:Writing code in Ada, C++ and PythonCreating and running unit testDeveloping software documentationPerforming test planning, monitoring, and execution of test activitiesReviewing and verifying system level and software level requirementsDeveloping and executing automated software test cases in Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelineCollaborating with Stakeholders and Government customerWorking within an Agile team environment, to include Iteration Planning, Feature and Story development, Sprint Planning, and Iteration Retrospectives.Participating in demos for the team and program Sprint reviews
