Developing individualized treatment plans for patientsClose communication with referral sourcesOutlining clear goals for patients and the expected outcomes of the planUsing exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on therapy to manage patients pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injuryStrong documentation skills recording patients progress and modifying the plan of care as neededEducating patients and family members about the recovery processQualifications:
Indiana license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain license.Applicants must work well with other therapists, physicians, and staff.EOE
