As a Senior Technical Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Your role will include collaborating with the Business units, IT Teams, and Stakeholders to define and implement overall business strategies. This role requires a technical background, experience with Agile methodologies, and excellent communication skills. You'll work with a team on ensuring the system developments meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency to drive technical direction and execution across the organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

Work directly with business units to understand business needs, document requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.Assist in creating, managing, and prioritizing the backlog, ensuring that it aligns with the overall technical vision.Participate in agile ceremonies, ensuring that sprint goals are technically achievable and align with long-term technical strategies. Validate and accept completed work, ensuring it meets technical standards and requirements.Support production issues, analyze root causes, and provide detailed resolutions or technical guidance.Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process and system improvement, both from business and technical perspectives.Maintain documentation and procedures. Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produces useful documentation.Support project efforts by analyzing data migration issues, conducting system tests, and validating data consistency.Recommend process improvements and system enhancements based on industry best practices and emerging technologies.Perform ad hoc analysis to investigate ongoing or operational issues.Participate in off-hours system upgrades and implementations to minimize customer impact and promote system reliability.Requirements

Equivalent to high school graduation and a 4-year college/university degree in a job-related field OR equivalent work experience.Five+ years of experience preferred in business systems analysis, technical product management, system analysis, or a similar role with emphasis in policy administration, customer service, or information services.Proficiency in basic software applications including Word and Excel, and familiarity with relational database concepts and query writing.Experience with agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).Our benefits include:
