Position Title:
Oracle Fusion Cloud Administrator (ERP Administrator)
Location:
On-site at Detroit Metro (DTW) and Willow Run (YIP) Airports
Position Overview:
The Technology Services department at the Wayne County Airport Authority is responsible for managing and meeting the technology needs of both Detroit Metro (DTW) and Willow Run (YIP) airports. We are seeking a qualified Oracle Fusion Administrator with extensive knowledge, skills, and abilities to lead the implementation, upgrades, performance optimization, and support of the Oracle Fusion system.
Key Responsibilities:Implementation & Collaboration:Lead the Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation project in partnership with a third-party integrator, covering requirements gathering, system design, testing, and roll-out for ERP, EPM, and HCM modules.Ongoing System Support:Work closely with third-party managed services to oversee ongoing deployments, configurations, troubleshooting, patching, and upgrades of Oracle Fusion applications.System Performance & Security:Ensure the Oracle Fusion suite's availability, performance, and security, maintaining the highest operational standards.Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design effective technical solutions that meet organizational needs.Vendor Management:Coordinate with third-party vendors and Oracle support services as needed to ensure system integrity and resolve any issues.Communication:Manage and communicate maintenance schedules, refresh cycles, and planned outages to relevant stakeholders.Technology Roadmap:Maintain and update the Oracle technology roadmap to align with organizational goals and emerging industry trends.Education Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree
from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum Qualifications:Experience:
At least five (5) years of overall ERP administration experience.A minimum of three (3) years specifically administering Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.Experience with at least one full implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
Collaboration Skills:
Proven ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Preferred Qualifications and Competencies:
Technical Expertise:
Experience administering Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and EPM.Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion's AI capabilities and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.Familiarity with business process workflows, functional/technical design specifications, data conversions, and overall data management.
Process Knowledge:
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), IT Change Control processes, deployment methodologies, and application server life cycle management.
Core Technologies:
Proficiency with core technologies, including ServiceNow and Office365.
Certifications:Possession of at least one of the following certifications (or equivalent):
