Import Coordinator .

Master Halco , we believe in transparency, open communication, and rewarding success with a path to fully develop your potential while building a career.Responsibilities:Manage import shipments from point of origin to destinationCoordinate the release of goods from the carrier, Customs or other governmental agency examinations that may be required.Audit and review freight invoices for accuracy and reporting.Resolve any import documentation discrepanciesEnsure compliance with all federal and maritime regulationsAbility to support Logistics department strategic future visionQualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications.Accurate typing skills and/or data entry skills with great attention to detail.Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using units of U.S. currency, weight, volume and distance measurements.Possess exceptional customer service, problem solving, organizational and extensive analytical skills.Exhibit excellent written and verbal communications skills.Master Halco
