Position
This is a key position within our organization that will require traveling nationally and working closely with many other professionals to provide the most accurate and comprehensive financial and budget analysis. The ideal candidate for this position is a team player who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines with high attention to detail. To ensure success in this position the candidate must be able to translate project requirements into concrete figures with ease.
Essential Functions
Responsible for estimating projects while representing the company in a professional capacityEstimates projects while simultaneously marketing and building relationships with clients and finding new opportunitiesComplete a detailed scope, takeoff, and proposal for Commercial Projects through proposal form/estimating softwareWork with architects, engineers, designers/firms, property management, end usersAttend pre-bid meetings and walk projects with BDs and/or clients to determine a clear scope of workContact vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain hard bids and/or square footage pricing for each bid proposalSeek out new business opportunities and establish relationships that benefit Mooring USA and the brandOther duties as assignedQualifications
