Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Special Project Manager Assistant to support the implementation and management of various operational tasks and projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with a Special Projects Manager, assisting in all phases of project management to ensure successful project completion.Project Support:Assist in the implementation of designated operational tasks, including both short-term and long-term projects, under the guidance of a Special Projects Manager.Collaborate with COTRs, Clinical Council, Operations Managers, and Program Managers to ensure seamless project execution.

Project Phases:Provide support in all phases of project management, including initiating, planning, controlling, executing, and finalizing projects.Assist with the research of relevant information and data to support project objectives and decision-making.

Scheduling and Coordination:Help develop realistic project schedules with measurable tasks to ensure that the project stays on track.Assist in coordinating project operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within the allocated budget.

Team Collaboration:Aid in training team members and others on project-related issues as needed.Support the monitoring of project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations, making necessary adjustments to meet project outcomes.

Reporting and Documentation:Assist in writing and preparing project reports to document progress and outcomes.Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Examples of Projects:

Coordinate with the facilities team to support the operational functions of FOHS Occupational Health Centers (OHCs).Assist in the planning and coordination of FOHS conferences.Work with orientation teams to revise and update orientation tools and materials.Manage and facilitate the background investigation and badging processes.Skills and Competencies:

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Work Environment:

The Special Project Manager Assistant will work in a dynamic environment, supporting various projects that contribute to the overall success of FOHS operations and initiatives. The role requires flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Qualifications

High school diplomaAt least one (1) year of experience in project management or a related field

Compensation - Min: $60,000/ Max: $80,000

This position is in the proposal stage, we are waiting to be awarded the project.

Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits. The final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant's background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data.
