ResponsibilitiesProvides full stack.Net design and development of projects involving application development, migrations, and additions to existing applicationsDevelops front end applications utilizing ReactPerforms complex development work; focus on learning and administering current development proceduresResponsible for all phases of the project life-cycle including implementation, programming, testing and maintaining software systemsBuilds high-quality, innovative and fully performing software that complies with coding standards and technical designSolves more complex problems in development and provides solutions based on technical standards, practices and existing precedents or proceduresWorks with own team, may interact with other related teams. Can teach and train junior colleagues on development processes and proceduresContributes to team by performing analysis, monitoring systems, writing code and assisting technical & product managers in the evaluation of product requirements for software applicationsKnowledge and ExperienceContributes to team by performing analysis, monitoring systems, writing code and assisting technical & product managers in the evaluation of product requirements for software applications; develops detailed specifications5+ years of software engineering work experienceExtensive experience working with development technologies such as C# .Net, Java, SQL Server, TFS, Visual Studio, JavaScript, and ReactExperience with Rest APIExperience working in a TDD or BDD environmentExposure to modern software development tools and processDetail oriented and good organizational skillsVery good communication skillsAbility to work in a team environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience working with applications in the cloud such as AWS or OpenShiftFamiliarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelinesExcellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skillsScheduleThis role offers work from home flexibility of one day per week.Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
