A very successful and rapidly growing consumer financial services company located at Legacy West in Frisco, Texas is seeking a seasoned Inside Sales Manager to manage, motivate and lead an Inside Sales team in an inbound call center. We are seeking a savvy and proven sales management professional who knows how to achieve results week after week.

Role and ResponsibilitiesAchieve performance goals for enrolling and retaining clientsImplement standards, metrics, performance criteria and procedures to continuously improve sales productivityMaintain a strong, positive sales culture with high standards of performance and disciplineCoach, mentor and improve performance of team membersEnsure optimal pipeline lead management by team membersEnsure proper scheduling of sales staff to accommodate business needs and call volumeCreate, implement and enforce effective sales processes to facilitate an efficient operation of the call centerReview and develop sales methodology, scripts, contests, etc.Provide team motivation and training to meet or exceed sales goalsQualification Requirements

3+ years proven inside sales management experienceExperience managing a remote sales teamFundamentally sound financial literacy pertaining to personal debt is a plusSuperior management skills, innovation, vision and strong business acumenExcellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to address conflicts and provide immediate resolutionsExperience managing complex customer relationships and expectationsAbility to use a consultative sales approach ensuring we qualify, educate and retain clientsBachelor's DegreeCompensation
