Responsibilities:
At Acura of Los Angeles Westside, your role as a Service BDC Representative is diverse and vital. Here's what you'll be doing:
- Promptly and effectively communicating with Service guests via phone, text, chat, or email, catering to their preferred method of communication.- Responding promptly to guest inquiries and appointment requests, ensuring no query goes unanswered.- Conducting outbound follow-up calls to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure every guest's needs are met.- Proactively reaching out to clients to remind them of scheduled service appointments and address any concerns.- Scheduling service appointments for guests, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.- Contributing to maintaining a positive work environment and fostering continuous improvement within the team.
Qualifications:
We're seeking dedicated team players with outstanding communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Here's what you'll need:
- Full-time availability and a minimum age of 18.- A valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.- Fluency in both English and Spanish preferred.- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with staff and guests.- Comfort working in-person with guests as well as handling communication via phone calls, emails, text messages, and online chat platforms.- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills, essential for managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.- Ability to adapt and apply instructions effectively.- Professional appearance and a strong work ethic.
