The Human Resource department manages all HR operations for the firm which includes Talent Management, Talent Development and Talent Acquisition. The HR Intern provides support to the HR team to better understand each functional area and assist in strategic continuous improvement projects.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Sociology or related fieldMinimum GPA of 3.0Excellent communication and analytical skills requiredStrong technical skills with the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environmentEssential FunctionsMust be able to remain in a stationary position as neededThe person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office and at client offices to access file cabinets, office machinery etc.Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printerAbility to communicate in a professional manner and exchange information with internal and external actors as neededAbility to lift/carry up to 20 poundsAbility to work outside of normal business hours and weekends as neededAbility to travel to local and non-local clients as needed, overnight travel may be requiredThis job description is subject to change at any time and employee will be given additional responsibilities as assigned.
