Primary Skills: Epic Certification, ClinDoc or Stork, Clinical Workflows, Upgrade Experience, Advanced Communication, Meeting FacilitationContract Type: W2 OnlyDuration: 02+ MonthsLocation: Yonkers, NY - 10701(Onsite)Pay Range: $95.00 to $100.00 Per HourWork for a Market Leader!!!JOB SUMMARY:Epic Certification in ClinDoc or Stork, Epic experience in clinical workflows, Epic upgrade experience, advanced communication skills, data courier experience, and the ability to prepare agendas, send meeting notes, and effectively facilitate meetings.Install and upgrade applications, support go-live and rollout, troubleshoot application issues, evaluate workflows, create system specifications, design database queries, create reports, provide customer support, and coordinate vendor activities. Clinical background is a plus.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:We are seeking a dedicated professional with a strong background in healthcare applications, specifically with Epic Certifications in ClinDoc or Stork, to join our team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing new applications upgrading existing applications and providing crucial go-live and rollout support to ensure seamless integration and user adaptation. In evaluating operational workflows, you will create system specifications from user requirements to enhance application efficiency and user satisfaction.Install new applications, upgrade existing applications, and provide go-live and rollout support.Analyse business/clinical needs and requirements to evaluate operational workflows and improve system specifications.Support users by troubleshooting issues, documenting outcomes, and maintaining accurate application documentation.JOB REQUIREMENTS:Epic Certification in ClinDoc or Stork.Proven experience in Epic clinical workflows and system upgrades.Advanced communication and meeting facilitation skills.Provide professional customer support on a 24x7 rotating basis, working with help desk and support personnel to identify and resolve escalated issues.Design database queries and create reports to meet user needs.ABOUT AKRAYAAkraya is an award-winning IT staffing firm consistently recognized for our commitment to excellence and a thriving work environment.
