Initial psychiatric evaluation on new patients, with follow-up treatment and/or medication management with existing patients for continuum of careLead 8AM Monday-Friday mental health staff meetingLead strategic planning duties and oversight of providers within the service lineDeveloping best practices and collaborations with site leads and clinicsSupervision & Coaching for advance practice providers on inpatient unit & walk in-clinicHospital cross functional support for behavioral health services with inpatient mental health unit, walk in clinic, ED, and medical floor consultsNursing home psychiatry evaluationsCoverage includes admissions, discharges, rounding, and discharge summaries.Participate in treatment team activities to include the development and periodic review of plans.Collaborate with physicians, social workers, nurses, or other professionals to discuss treatment plans and progressParticipate in nonrestrictive call during the week and available by phone on weekends.Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve.Provide the best outcome for every patient every timeQualifications:
