Marketing Operations ManagerMarketing and CommunicationsFull-Time
Southeast Missouri State University's Marketing and Communication's office seeks a talented Marketing Operations Manager responsible for supporting all marketing and communications efforts. The role assists with marketing budgets, manages contracts, plans events, and supports a wide variety of marketing projects. The Operations Manager will collaborate with a dynamic Marketing and Communications team to positively affect the achievement of SEMO's strategic and enrollment goals.
Primary ResponsibilitiesDraft, manage, streamline, and execute all marketing contracts, agreements, and processes in collaboration with the Assistant Vice President (AVP) for MarcomWork with the AVP to manage payments, purchasing, budgets, and reconciliation reports across multiple funding sources and accounts while ensuring adherence to University and state policiesEnsure timely renewal and maintenance of all University trademarks in compliance with legal requirements and University policies, overseeing the renewal process from initiation to completionManage renewals and subscriptions for the Marketing and Communications marketing tech stackSupport Marketing and Communications' operations including collaborating with the Marcom team on project design, editing, writing, as well as marketing event planning and execution, and tracking and reporting of marketing campaign and performance metrics as neededServe as a division/college marketing liaison to assist in development and achievement of enrollment marketing and strategic University goalsEnthusiastically collaborate with team members to achieve University goals, create effective campaigns, and elevate the SEMO brandRequired Qualifications
Bachelor's degreeExperience developing marketing and communications materials in a variety of mediaAbility to work with payment software and understanding of the budget processUnderstanding of branding principles and proficiency with Adobe Creative SuiteExperience in event planning and brand experienceSuperb attention to detail and proofreading skillsExcellent written, communications, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsSuperior time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and the discipline to deliver projectsRequired Information & Deadline
