Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Help create and maintain a comprehensive overview of the system and its functionality, by preparing detailed business and technical documentation.nalyze complex business processes and present them in an understandable and logical format.Develop detailed requirements documentation including user stories, use cases, design specifications, business process and data flows and success criteria.Be a product expert and assist the product owner with backlog maintenance and refinement, including creating user stories, clarifying defects, detailing acceptance criteria, and data definitions.Participate and help facilitate sessions for planning program increments, sprints, refinements, and other Agile ceremonies.Troubleshoot production issues, assist with validating defect remediation, and work with Treasury end-users towards resolution or workarounds.Work in a hybrid capacity to actively participate in meetings with operational staff, Treasury end users and developers to achieve agreement on requirements.Demonstrate a strong ability to multitask, manage time and conflicting priorities.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience.5+ years' relevant experience performing Business Systems Analyst activities.Strong communication skills including written, verbal, negotiation, and presentation skills for a hybrid workforce.Discipline to operate independently and thrive in ambiguity with a generalist mindset.Experience conducting requirements analysis, meeting with business owners, performing current state system analysis mapping, and design.Curiosity and love solving problems using your creative and critical thinking skills.Experience with Agile/Scrum iterative product development.Experience with testing applications including functional, user acceptance, system and integration, accessibility testing.Experience using Confluence and JIRA.Experience with OneStream application a plus.
