that will be located in Troy, MI.This position is a sales leadership role within the Electrical Distribution Systems Business (Division of Signal and Power Solutions) that will focus on leading the Global Account for Asian OEMs.Key Job Responsibilities:The Sales Organization is structure by Global Account TeamsEach key account team is led by a Global Account Director (GAD) responsible for a specific global customer. This role is focused on Asian OEMs.The position has a mission to support existing business as well as develop and execute a strategy to capture future global business potential in NA, SA, EU and AP.This position requires high level interface with the Executive Management organization globally.Establish proactive communication and relationship with Asian OEMs to promote confidence and trustCreate and maintain customer response mechanisms which in the event of issues arising complement local and/or single Product Line processesEnsure APTIV maximizes its content per vehicle by supporting robust multi-product battle plans that results in profitable and sustainable growthAdditionally, and as necessary through an objective data-driven process enables commercial decision making (e.g. price and 'givebacks')Ensure customer demands are managed through the appropriate internal processes such that all responses are made within and consistent with our commercial policyCreate and drive deployment of strategic plan for customer through the operation of customer team and interaction with all relevant functions.
