Our client is looking to bring on an RPA Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers and analysts. You will oversee the design and deployment of RPA solutions to automate business processes, increase operational efficiency, and drive digital transformation. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders, manage project timelines, and ensure the successful implementation of RPA initiatives.
What you'll do:Lead and manage a team of RPA developers and analysts.Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.Set clear goals and expectations for team members.Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and define RPA solution scope.Design and develop RPA solutions using appropriate tools and technologies.Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards for RPA development.Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and other teams to prioritize and plan RPA projects.Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Develop project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.Mitigate risks and resolve issues that may arise during project execution.Develop and implement robust testing strategies for RPA solutions.Conduct thorough testing to ensure the accuracy and reliability of automated processes.Collaborate with business users to perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Address and resolve any defects or issues identified during testing.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in RPA technology.Identify opportunities to optimize and improve existing RPA processes.Proactively suggest innovative solutions and automation ideas to enhance operational efficiency.Drive the adoption of best practices and standardization across the RPA team.Maintain comprehensive documentation of RPA solutions, including process flows, technical specifications, and user guides.Prepare regular reports and metrics to track the performance and effectiveness of RPA initiatives.Communicate progress, challenges, and achievements to stakeholders and senior management.Skills needed for success:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or three to five years of related experience.Proven experience in leading RPA development teams.Strong knowledge of RPA Automation Anywhere.3+ years of relevant RPA engineering experience.Solid understanding of business processes and process automation principles.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Certifications in RPA tools and methodologies are preferred.Experience developing and consuming APIs.RPA Developer certification(s) preferred.Experience with Agile development methodology.Experience with Databases (SQL or NoSQL) is often preferred.
