RPA Developer . This position will be based at ESI's San Juan Capistrano Service Center.

About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced RPA Developer to develop and maintain automation solutions as part of our growing finance automation team. This individual will work closely with key stakeholders and our business application developers to design, architect, implement and maintain end-to-end process automation solutions to drive business efficiencies and eliminate current manual processes.
The successful candidate will have a mixture of business acumen, development experience and solution delivery skills. This individual will lead robotic process automation projects through delivery while capturing the project's full impact and value. The candidate will assess for continuous improvement opportunities to ensure that as a cross-functional team, material adjustments are constantly being made to automated processes to handle the growing footprint of the organization.
Job DutiesDesign, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using Blue Prism and other low-code tools like Power Automate.Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and subject matter experts to identify automation opportunities and other improvement areas in current business processes.Work with internal/external developers to build and deploy complete end-to-end automation solutions that integrate Blue Prism with other business applications.Provide ongoing maintenance and support of deployed RPA solutions.Develop, manage and track project deliverables in a timely mannerMeasure outcomes, gathering user feedback, and make program improvementsExercise Change Management leadership skillsApply significant knowledge of product and developments to improve serviceEasily recognize system deficiencies and implement effective solutionsContinually be learning about the latest features, upgrades, and industry trends to ensure continuous improvement of the automation solutions.Ensure internal controls systems are accurately documented and working effectivelyQualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related business field preferred.3+ years of relevant RPA delivery experience, Blue Prism preferred.Experience with various programming languages, such as NET, JavaScript, R, or PythonExperience with building and consuming REST APIs.Must have an understanding of database principles and query language in a RDBMS platform such as Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle.Experience in project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, evaluation of available options and cost/benefit analysis, development of implementation strategies, testing and deployment.Ability to meet deadlines and manage expectations.Outstanding communication skills - verbal and written.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Must be able to multitask and willing to work on multiple projects at a given time.Ability to be proactive in your day-to-day responsibilities and work with minimal supervision.Ability to manage diverse personalities with superior customer service skills.Ability to be flexible and adapt to changes in regards to expectations and the needs of the organization.
Compensation
ESI offers an attractive compensation package including a competitive base salary and benefits, plus eligibility for bonuses and stock options. Success will only be limited by performance.
