You will need to rely on strong editing skills to ensure the highest quality proposals to help HireRight win new business. This team member reports to the Director of Proposals.To be successful in this role you must be a self-starter and willing to take personal responsibility to learn our business. You must also be highly results oriented and have solid organizational and communication skills. You must be willing and able to work across all divisions of the company to get answers, commitments and generally ensure comprehensive proposals.Working from home.
Responsibilities:Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of proposal development from receipt of RFP through delivery, including preparing HireRights response in compliance with all requirements, coordinating internal flow and review of all proposal inputs, and reviewing final copiesDevelop responses to target customer requests for proposalsPerform necessary research and analysis as needed to answer prospect/client questions
Qualifications:Education:Bachelors degree required; Degree in English or Journalism a plus.Skills:Has developed knowledge of an extensive body of technical, support or administrative policies and proceduresRequires extensive training and experience to perform a wide variety of interrelated, multi-skilled or standard procedural assignments and resolve a wide range of moderately complex issuesAccomplished in implementing practical procedures or systems, which are moderately complex and require extended skill in order to ensure proper completionBasic understanding of the roles of various functional groups within own areaExperienceExceptional English language skills; fluency requiredMinimum two or more years experience in business or copywritingDemonstrated record of success in written communicationExperience working in a cross functional environmentResourcefulness and creativityExcellent oral, listening and written communication skillsAbility to communicate and work effectively with customers and internal divisionsAbility to prioritize, organize and work under pressure
