This role will be responsible for serving as both a Scrum Master and Agile Coach for multiple Agile Delivery Teams comprised of Software Engineers, QA Test Engineers, Product Owner and Product Manager. This role will lead all Scrum ceremonies and create all required artifacts to ensure that teams follow Agile practices and scrum framework values, work to increase team efficiency, and provide motivation and guidance for process improvement. In addition, guiding and mentoring teams and individuals in adopting and implementing our Agile Model. This role requires expertise in Agile principles, practices, and frameworks and will be instrumental in driving the teams Agile transformation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and optimizing team performance.Responsibilities:Work with on-site and remote Agile Delivery Teams serving as Scrum Master and Agile CoachFacilitate the delivery of products using Agile principles and methodologiesWork with Product Aligned Teams to facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring they are efficient, effective, and focused on delivering valueCreate all necessary Scrum artifactsHelping track features and capabilities throughout developmentAssist with the coordination of Quarterly Program Increment (PI) planning across their teamHelp teams with feature and story estimation and the aggregation of estimates for larger pieces of work like by planning and ensuring the vision, roadmap, and program backlogs are readyMonitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvementsTraining, mentoring, and supporting scrum team to follow agile values, principles, and practicesPlanning and organizing demos and product/system testingFacilitate retrospective sessionsWork closely with the Product Managers to ensure that the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) is clear and understood by the teamProvide expert coaching and guidance to teams and individuals on Agile principles, values, and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.Design and deliver customized Agile training programs to address specific needs and challenges within the organizationCoach and train Product Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Development Team in alignment with Agile COE on our Practical Agile ModelWork with Teams to Identify and address impediments that hinder Agile adoption and help teams overcome challenges by implementing appropriate Agile practices and techniques.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encourage experimentation, and facilitate a learning environment within the organizationWork with Product Aligned Teams on Metrics creation and analysis to steer coaching needs based on how the delivery system is performingAssess the current Agile maturity level of teams and organizations and develop a roadmap for improvement as we roll out our Practical Agile Model across the organization
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience5+ years experience leading Agile teams as Scrum Master or Product Owner rolesMinimum of 3 years of experience as an Agile Coach, or similar role in a fast-paced, Agile environmentDeep understanding of Agile principles, values, and methodologies, with expertise in Scrum and KanbanProven experience in driving Agile adoption and transformation within teams and organizationsStrong facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to guide individuals and teams through challenging situations and foster collaborationExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organizationStrong leadership qualities, with the ability to influence and inspire others towards Agile practices and mindsetsRelevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Agile Coach (CAC), or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certifications are highly desirableExperience working in large-scale Agile environments or with distributed teams is a plusFormer work experience in Software Development, or other technical area of?expertise preferredMust be able to work overlapping hours between on-site teams and with US-based teams and stakeholders
