Description
SIMOS is hiring a Warehouse Team Lead for a large distribution center in Buckeye, AZ! This position is responsible for coordinating associate activities in the production process and will monitor associates' performance. The ideal candidate will be committed to coaching team members and improving the worksite's training, productivity, quality, safety, and attendance. The Warehouse Team Lead assists the supervisor with setting up daily/weekly work assignments for staff.
Warehouse Lead will conduct orientations, assist with coaching, training, provide excellent customer service, must have basic computer skills and will unload trailers when tasks are completed.
Shift Information: Monday-Friday , 6:00am-2:30pm, $17 per hour - must be flexible as orientations some time start at 5am. In addition to any OT request that is mandated.

Job Responsibilities
A minimum of 1 year of warehouse systems or operations knowledge is required.Assist shift supervisor in day-to-day operations as neededCommunicate effectively with supervisor and client operationsTrain new hires in all available departmentsMonitor performance & safety for every associateAssist supervisor and operations in ongoing tasks to service the client on-siteGreat tactfulness and attendance are a mustModerate work with computers and integrated operating systemsProvides information regarding associate performance and concerns to the supervisor for appropriate evaluation and actionPeople skills are a mustAbility to lift up to 70 lbs. safely and repetitively and lift 71-150 lbs. as a teamAbility to stand and move on your feet throughout the duration of a 10-12-hour shiftPerform general labor and warehouse duties as assignedMaintain production expectations and goals assigned by the supervisorAssociate Requirements
