Job Responsibilities
Support the development of existing and new products with lab bench work by mixing components according to formulationsPerform analytical and application tests according to established SOPsSupport the development of new methodsMaintain accurate product development records and data filesProvide regular reports on results and activitiesAssist in the scale up process from pilot to commercial productionDevelop a working knowledge of available analytical and physical testing equipmentMaintain a safe and clean working environmentRequired to travel overnight (less than 25%)Other projects/duties as assignedEducation and Experience
BS degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or related science as well as 2 years of experience in Ink R&D or Coatings R&DExperience must include hands on formulation experience of new products from idea to commercializationExperience in plastisol, silicone and/or aqueous chemistryAssociate Requirements
HS Diploma or GEDBackground CheckAble to Lift 50 poundsDrug TestMust be at least 18 years old
