The Adult Crisis Stabilization Inpatient Unit is a safe and welcoming 22-bed inpatient unit that is specially designed for the treatment of adults with a mental illness.
What can you expect?
You will join a highly specialized, compassionate team focused on crisis stabilization and supporting the patient's ability to return to their home community or to a less restrictive level of care.
Specific responsibilities include:
Conducting
evaluations and assessments
of admitted patients.Developing and implementing
individualized treatment plans
with the support of a multi-disciplinary team.Providing
medication management
and adjustments as necessary.Offering
crisis intervention
and support to patients in acute distress.Coordinating
aftercare upon discharge , including with Sheppard Pratt's network of programs.What you'll get from us.

Must have a current license to practice in Maryland at time of hire.Must be board certified.Experience treating patients in an inpatient setting.
