As CTO, you will oversee all technology aspects of our startup, including software architecture, data analytics, infrastructure, and security. You'll be instrumental in developing our AI platform and data pipelines to unlock the full potential of sales teams. Develop and implement the company's technical vision, strategy and roadmapLead engineering teams in designing, developing and deploying innovative software products and data pipelinesArchitect robust, scalable cloud-based systems and integrate APIs with other toolsEstablish best practices for agile software development, testing, deployment and DevOpsLeverage data analytics and metrics to drive business decisionsStay up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry trendsCollaborate cross-functionally to align technology with business goalsAttract, recruit and retain top technical talent by fostering a positive team cultureRequirements
4+ years in CTO or Lead Engineering roles at tech startupsDeep expertise in modern software engineering, data science and cloud infrastructureExperience building integrations into sales stack and workplace collaboration tools (CRM, Teams, Slack)Proven ability to build high-performance engineering teamsEntrepreneurial mindset and comfort with ambiguityExcellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skillsExperience driving technological innovation and rapid growthWhat we’ll expect from you
