We build and manage foundational models on Anaplan to support our most critical planning processes such as Territory Carving, Quota Setting, Headcount and Capacity Management, and Demand Planning.The Senior Manager, GTM Planning Infrastructure and Solutions OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Manager to lead our Planning Infrastructure and Solutions team. This role requires a blend of expertise in Anaplan and strong project management and leadership skills. The Senior Manager will oversee the development and maintenance of our Anaplan models, manage a team of model builders, and ensure the effective execution of our GTM planning and processes.What you’ll be doingLead, mentor, and develop a team of Anaplan model builders, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.Manage and prioritize multiple projects, aligning with business objectives and timelines. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular project updates.Maintain and enhance existing Anaplan models for Territory Carving, Quota Setting, Headcount and Capacity Management, and Demand Planning.Provide guidance and support to the team, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and Finance, to understand business needs and translate them into effective Anaplan solutions.Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the Anaplan platform.Drive the adoption of Anaplan across the organization, promoting its value and benefits.What you’ll bring to the roleBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.5+ years of experience in Anaplan model building and management, with experience in SaaS software preferred.Minimum 3+ years owning the end-to-end delivery.Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.And extra credit if you have experience in any of the following!Anaplan certification and technical expertise is highly desirable but not required.Okta’s Top 5 Core Leadership Competencies
