The Director of People Data and Analytics will lead the transformation of our HR data and analytics function, ensuring that we have the tools, capabilities and insights needed to make data-driven decisions about our people. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic vision for people data and analytics, as well as for building and leading a high-performing team. This role will be a thought leader in AI to drive application and adoption of emerging AI-powered analytics tools and for building a foundation of integrated data to enable AI driven employee experiences.Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of a strategic vision for people data and analyticsPartner with business leaders to identify and address their people data and analytics needsDevelop and implement a data governance framework to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of people dataBuild and lead a high-performing team of data analytics and data product managersTranslate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand stories and insights for broad audiencesUse data to drive decision-making and improve employee experienceBuild an analytics culture by communicating the value of analytics to the broader People and Places and executive communitiesCollaborate with other analytics and technology functions across the organization to collaborate on solutions, share best practices and insights and lead adoption of enterprise analytics technologiesDevelop strong partnership with People & Places leadership team to create relevant and actionable insights and analytics solutions for the businessStay up-to-date on the latest trends in people data and analytics in particular on emerging trends in AI for analyticsDevelop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels in the organizationMinimum Requirements

10+ years of experience in data and analytics, with a focus on people dataStrong leadership and management skills with proven experience in transforming individuals into a high performing teamAbility to work well through ambiguity, confidence in making tough calls and leading through adversity with a sharp focus on the eventual right outcomesTrack record of a commitment to Diversity and Inclusion and a belief that diverse teams bring better business and customer outcomesProven ability to work cross-functionally, develop analytics solutions to challenges and drive the implementation of the solutionExcellent communication skills with an ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand stories and insightsExperience with AI and machine learning, with record of practical application of these technologiesPassion for using data to drive decision-making and improve employee experienceStrong work ethic, commitment to sweat the details with extreme ownership and end-to-end thinkingMaster's degree in business administration, data science, statistics, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered
