We have an amazing opportunity for a driven and curious Project Engineer focused on site civil design to support our team. The successful candidate will have a passion for sustainable design, building and maintaining client relationships and directing quality management processes to ensure work remains on track, within scope and on budget. This role includes delegation to design engineers and will leverage and promote each team member’s strengths as a unique value add. This candidate should be prepared to work on projects throughout the country and internationally.Minimum Requirements:Typically 6+ years of industry experienceBachelor’s degree in Engineering - Civil and/or EnvironmentalExperience with Site Grading, Earthwork Calculations, Road Design, Drainage (Calculations & Reports), Utility Layout & Sizing, Technical Report WritingExperience in assembling and collating plan set packagesPrevious experience in putting together plan set packages and providing redlines for draftersWorks independently under general supervisionExercise sound judgment on design decisions and in application of standard methodsWork with multiple site base files oriented in different coordinate frames and varying unitsPreferred Skills:Knowledge of Graphics programs (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.)Certifications or other sustainability-oriented accreditation preferred (LEED, PE, etc.)Knowledge of GIS principlesWhat We Offer:Own a part of the firm with ESOP eligibility after one yearFlexible working - with every other Friday offCompetitive Health plans, including PPO and HMO options, Dental and Vision plansLearning and Development stipend to use as you see fitGenerous PTO and 8 paid holidaysAutomatic 401k enrollmentFun team events, lunches and happy hours to get to know colleagues outside of workA tangible opportunity to truly help the environment!Compensation:The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $128,679 to $157,274.Reasonable accommodations may be made to individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
