We strive to create a diverse and inclusive workplace, while seeking talented individuals to work with us across the many functions that will allow us to deliver new medicines to transform the lives of patients.Key Responsibilities:Lead and drive the cross-functional, clinical-stage program teams in the development of the Immunocore portfolio.Partner with Program Lead to drive cross-functional alignment and delivery of assigned programs.Provide program management leadership by contributing to project strategy & vision.Lead teams in the creation of comprehensive development plans.Partner with all functional areas to build integrated program strategy and timelines.Establish short and long-term goals and proactively identify issues and/or risks.Coach project teams towards successful issue resolution and decision making.Monitor deliverables and communicate program status to stakeholders.Facilitate cross-functional team meetings and define action items.Develop impactful presentations summarizing complex topics for strategic planning.Ensure stakeholders are knowledgeable of program milestones and plans.Lead the team through problem solving and decision discussions.Uphold good program management best practices and principles.Provide guidance regarding standards/templates to Program Lead and project team.Ensure team deliverables, budgets, schedules, and performance standards are met.Champion company program management methodologies and practices.Assist in process improvements and other initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness.Experience & Knowledge:10+ years of relevant experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry.Extensive knowledge of R&D drug development processes.Proficiency with MS Project and project management tools.Strong organizational and time management skills.Exceptional relationship building skills.Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.Delivery-focused mindset with a strong track record in a relevant scientific discipline.Education & Qualifications:BS/BA level or higher in life science discipline or equivalent.Desirable: Masters/PhD/PharmD/MBA in related discipline.Desirable: Formal project management training.PMP certification preferred but not required.
