PACCAR participates in Puget Sound Energy’s Green Power Program which is one of the top 10 Green Power Programs in the U.S.Job Duties:Preparation of U.S. compliance for our foreign operations (Review and manage 5471s, 8858, 1118, etc.)Review and analysis of the international aspects of the monthly, quarterly worldwide tax provision in compliance with ASC 740 and FIN 48Monitor and analyze foreign tax laws, regulatory and compliance developments to determine potential impact for the companyReview, analysis and management of the U.S. foreign tax credit including Subpart F computations and earnings and profit studiesResearch, analysis and planning of the tax impact of various international transactions and reorganizationsCoordination and communicating with Accounting, Legal, Treasury Department and Management on international tax mattersPrimary responsibility for review and management of transfer pricing policies and documentation including implementation of compliance with OECD BEPs initiativesAssist with foreign and domestic tax authority examinations addressing international matters as necessaryQualifications:3+ years of US “Outbound” international tax compliance/planning experience5-8 years US income tax (federal, state, international) compliance/planning experienceBachelor’s degree in accountingAdvanced tax degree preferredCandidate must have relevant Big 4 or equivalent combination of experience from public accounting and industryProficient in ExcelExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and decision-making skills and great attention to detailTeam player is essentialWorking knowledge of Transfer PricingDesired Qualifications:Pro-active, self-motivated, and comfortable with a changing environmentOneSource CS/RS International/Domestic a plusAbility to work independently as well as within a group/Able to work with limited supervisionStrong attention to detail and accuracyUnderstanding FAS1740, FIN 48 and other U.S. GAAP conceptsAs a U.S. PACCAR employee, you have a full range of benefit options including:401k with up to a 5% company matchFully funded pension plan that provides monthly benefits after retirementComprehensive paid time off – minimum of 10 paid vacation days (additional days are provided with additional seniority/years of service), 12 paid holidays, and sick timeTuition reimbursement for continued educationMedical, dental, and vision plans for you and your familyFlexible spending accounts (FSA) and health savings account (HSA)Paid short-and long-term disability programsLife and accidental death and dismemberment insuranceEAP services including wellness plans, estate planning, financial counseling and moreThis position is also eligible for a holiday gift.ADDITIONAL JOB INFORMATION:PACCAR is an E-Verify and Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veteran/Disability.
