You'll provide expert guidance on all employee lifecycle aspects, from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management and career development.Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with strategic business objectives.Develop and implement HR strategies that support talent acquisition, engagement, and retention.Provide consultative guidance on talent management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and learning and development.Manage relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.Stay abreast of HR trends and best practices.Mandatory Skills
7+ years of experience in HR Business Partnership.Proven track record of partnering with business leaders to drive HR initiatives.Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Desired Skills
Understanding of payroll process is a plus.Knowledge of HRMS tool.You can be the right candidate!
