Electrical Reliability Motor Leader Pay Rate:

$100,700 – $134,300 Multiple factors, including individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range. Physical Location:

Mansfield Mill, 1202 Highway 509, Mansfield, LA 71104 The Job You Will Perform: Provide Safety Leadership in an industrial environment. Design, implement, and sustain a successful Motor program to eliminate unscheduled equipment downtime and minimize financial impact of motor rebuild cost. Assist with design and maintaining asset equipment care strategies. Provide technical support to production, maintenance management, and technical personnel regarding motor performance for both AC and DC applications. Participate and lead Motor Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) to ensure the root causes are identified and corrective actions are put in place to prevent reoccurrence. Ensure Motor inspection and repairs are scheduled and executed as intended. Audit execution of Motor inspections and installations to ensure compliance to motor best practices and provide mechanism to "Check and Adjust". Stay current on latest technologies and maintenance strategies by participating in Motor roundtable events and conferences. Identify training needs for area teams and ensure craftsmen training matrix includes adequate motor theory and maintenance skills. Lead and sustain Mansfield Reliability Motor GMS Element. Work with Motor SMEs to continuously improve motor program activities such as testing and rebuild procedures. Be accountable for ensuring Motor program for each area is adequately integrated with Operations and Maintenance team. Be motor advocate in area MWS teams. Review and audit Motor program reporting (examples: Motors out for rebuild report, Motor Baker test result report, and DC motor maintenance reports). Oversee daily activities of Motor Reliability Technicians. The Skills You Will Bring: A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering is preferred with 10+ years experience in an industrial setting working with motors and electrical equipment. Good communication skills (written and verbal) are required.
