This position will be out of Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado Springs, CO.Position Overview:Support, maintain, and update ESS ePO, Agents, and Point Products to ensure all products are at the current baseline.Essential Functions:Advanced knowledge and understanding of the implementation, deployment, and sustainment of Trellix ESS on Windows and RHEL Operating Systems, including ePO, Agents, and Point Products.Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues related to the installation and updating of ESS Point Products.The ability to create, modify, and tune signatures, policies, and client/server tasks.The ability to act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ESS.Create and maintain dashboards that report metrics, compliance status, and threat detection.Create, tune, and test ENS/Application Control/Firewall signatures & policies.Create, tune, and test ePO client and server tasks.Troubleshoot moderate to highly complex issues.Perform regular analysis of compliance status and report any suspicious activity.Report and brief leadership on current ESS compliance status, metrics, and issues.Document and maintain PDD, ESS procedures & playbooks.Research and identify any new/future ESS capabilities and make recommendations to leadership.Basic Qualifications:An active Top Secret clearance is required to start.9 years with a Bachelor's degree in a related field; 13 years experience in lieu of a degree.Must possess a DoD 8570 certification at IAT Level II or higher (Security+, GSEC, SCNP, SSCP, CISSP, CISA, GSE, SCNA)Experience supporting, maintaining, and updating ESS on DoD networks.Ability to work within a complex environment while acting as an SME and being a team player supporting multiple systems and networks.Experience troubleshooting moderately to highly complex issues.Excellent technical documentation preparation, communication, and presentation skills.Experience creating and updating procedures, operational instructions, and playbooks.Experience creating and maintaining Product Design Documents (PDD) or other System Architecture Documents.Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience briefing Sr. Leadership is a plus.Previous experience working on Network Devices/Firewalls is a plus.What We Can Offer You:Northrop Grumman provides a comprehensive benefits package and a work environment that encourages your growth and supports the mutual success of our people and our company.
